all orders except custom will ship within 24 hours, but we would like to give you reasonable expectations up front in case something slows down our process during production. we will notify you ASAP.
at this time, GRACITYtx does not ship inerternally.
GRACITYtx is not responsible for packages that state DELIVERED or for any lost, damaged, etc. packages. once an item is handed over to USPS/UPS it becomes their responsibility to successfully handle and deliver your package. please contact USPS/UPS with any delivery questions once you receive tracking information from us. all packages are sent with insurance.

you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your online purchase for merchandise credit only. we do not offer cash refunds or returns to original payment methods.
sale items are considered final sale and are unable to be returned.
all items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached.

all GRACITYtx collections are machine washable in cold water and should be laid flat to dry, unless the garment’s care label specifies dry clean only. steam or iron on low as needed. we design not only to create an elegant, modern aesthetic, but also for garment care that honors simplicity and ease.
